What is the lenght of time that is safe to use Tramadol for pain/ headaches ?

what gives you constipation worse; tramadol or paracetamol?

What is the name of a drug that is similar to tramadol?

It sounded something like atranium but I can’t remember. Any ideas to what it could be.
Ultram is a brand name of tramadol so not that definitely not that
