I don’t know what fioricet is so I won’t recommend medication.
Here’s something you can try for immediate relief: sit/stand up and tilt your head forward, toward your chest. Open your jaw slightly and insert one finger (middle knuckle) between your teeth. It can touch the upper teeth; don’t let the lower teeth touch it. Now relax and take deep breaths. If you can fit two knuckles in between your upper and lower teeth (without the lower teeth touching your finger), do that.
